@AdamLove Hi yes I’m sure you can do this you will just have to go to your previous service provider and ask them for an unlock code it’s a free Service

@AdamLove Call the previous provider give them the IMEI number of the iPhone and they will unlock it for you. No code is required.

@AdamLove As was mentioned previously, you need to contact your previous provider you've used on that Iphone, and he will give the code to you. Stay safe!

As other posts suggested to contract the provider who sell your your iPhone to unlock your iPhone.

You can contact Apple Canada or unlock it if your iPhone was purchased new in Canada because providers cannot lock any phone they sold. Apple Canada will honor this CRTC rule as long as it was purchased in Canada,
