    <description>&lt;P&gt;It should be a few hours, you can make outgoing calls in a very short amount of time, but incoming calls can take much longer to switch over. Should be within 24 hours though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a lag or delay in switching from a bell account to public mobile and porting a number? We are receiving texts and can dial out but can not receive calls just yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just continue to use your Bell sim card until it stops working.
