Make sure they both have same email Note login and email for the selfserve od apparently not the same, though you can change login yourself, the email on fine for selfserve must be charged by moderators. You can reach them here

@michelle87 Since this thread is in the "Community Reward" section, I assume you're asking how to make sure that any rewards you get from participating here will get added to your PM account? If so, then exactly as @kselmak said, i.e. the email address associated with your PM service account has to be the same as the email address associated with your "Community" profile.
