If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and&amp;nbsp; amount due.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Select the reactivate account button.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Restart your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;or can also use 611 to make your payment( once you know your 4 digit pin):&lt;BR /&gt;1. press 1 to make payment&lt;BR /&gt;2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)&lt;BR /&gt;3. press 1 amount due.&lt;BR /&gt;4.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to make a payment. Every time I click make a payment it says in red ' your account has already enough balance' when my balance is only on 4?? .. I have tried changing my card details and also setting up auto pay. When will auto pay reset my account. I really need my phone ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is your phone currently working? If yes, ignore the message and just leave it alone and Auto-Pay will automatically take care of the renewal. Everything should be back to normal by tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is currently not working then when you access selfserve is your account suspended?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What form of payment are you using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can actually top your account up with $1000.00 if you wanted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be a glitch. sign out clear your&amp;nbsp; cache and browsing history, try private mode then try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
