      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I activated a PM sim card yesterday. I was assigned a phone number at that time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm now trying to port my phone number fom Rogers. I have an active plan with Rogers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to&amp;nbsp;"change phone number"...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;selected option "&lt;SPAN&gt;Transfer a wireless or wireline number from Public Mobile or another provider", &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;entered my wireless phone number, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;selected checkbox "I am authorized to transfer this phone number"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then&amp;nbsp;clicked &lt;STRONG&gt;confirm&lt;/STRONG&gt; button. I get the following error message:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;STRONG&gt;We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance.&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help would be highly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would recommend waiting for an hour or so, and then trying at a somewhat less busy time. Also, make sure you are filling out the various pieces of information such as account number (from rogers) and address / name etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always check out this post for a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/New-Public-Mobile-customer/m-p/88865#M23966" target="_blank"&gt;few helpful links&lt;/A&gt; in the meantime.       <description>&lt;P&gt;exactly the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sent pm to mod&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just putting my old sim back in since my rogers account is still active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and will wait till it is less busy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully after the promo ends on the 20th this can get sorted out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not in a hurry since I can still use rogers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
