Clear the cache and then select force close. Restart your phone and try sending an MMS. Report back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you did not make any changes to your APN then more than likely it's not an APN issue. Just make sure the APN Type field contains mms or compare it to your other phone that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to try the sim with the issue on the other phone so see if the mms goes out. If it does then the problem is the phone and not Public's network or your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try the lost/stolen feature.&lt;BR /&gt;Log in to self-serve. Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
