We changed my wifes plan from 50 to 40 and she gets data and internet but cant call out or receive calls, how come

Please try rebooting the phone. If that doesn’t work, wait a few hours and try again.

Plan changes shouldn’t interfere with calling but it may be a propagation issue that gets resolved in a few hours.

Try restarting her phone.

Your wife's plan not be provisioned correctly.

Adding $1 to her account will trigger PM server to provision her account again.
