If there is a reactivate button, click that too. If a onetime payment won't work, you'll have to get in touch with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;or possibly your bank if it's an issue on their side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
