      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have some serious payment issues.&amp;nbsp; I tried to enter my visa debit information and i get an error message and to contact my bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted my bank and they verified my information and said that the issue on the phone company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I gave up and purchased a voucher and when I enter the pin number it says it is not valid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have put two tickets through and no one had contacted me.&amp;nbsp; This is very frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you buy the voucher? Check the voucher again as some have two 12 digit numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try dialing 611 from your phone to enter the voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your credit card. Don't enter apartment number if you have one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
