TextNow and home VoIP get English response, fongo call is answered in French. None of them rang, just answer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile cellphones get very fast busy signal, Fido cell just disconnects.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you also ask your family and friends with different providers to test it out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's only pubic mobile we should contact them and let them know. My Fido relative will try couple more times every 30 mins and let me know. I'll let you know&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
