The number is the doesactual number you owe to renew your plan. It does not include rewards, since rewards are fluid can increase or decrease.

1)Rewards are added to available funds

2) available funds are put towards your plan

3) the difference is then charged to your credit card.

Yes just one of many confusing things around here! That number always seems to just be the cost of the plan you are currently on and it doesn't even change if you schedule a plan change for your next renewal. Your actual renewal will be $0 because you have more than enough available funds if you want to look at it that way!
