long distance - how to dial

Hello I have a International long distance plan with my phone.

I try to call in Venezuela the number +58 XXX XXX-XXXX a mobile phone from my public mobile number (514-XXX-XXXX) and nothing work.

I do the 1 before the number

I asked the question on your site with the automatic help and the message explain I have to do 1 58 and the number (XXX XXX-XXXX) then another message ask "this not work" I clicked on it, and a new message said "the number have to be linked, login to forum and send a message to be linked"

and here I am!.

Could you check please, thank you

Try 011 in front of the country code instead of the +.

Are you sure you see the 400 minute add-on in your data & add-ons area?

To call Venezuela from Canada, dial:011 - 58 - Area Code - Land Phone Number011 - 58 - 10 Digit Mobile Number

Well...not quite unless he does indeed have the gift one. The normally purchased 400 minute add-on wouldn't say $0.
