To avoid this, you have an option to manually add enough balance (plan cost - rewards) about a couple days before renewal date. You will not lose the AutoPay rewards for manually making a payment to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just was curious, for down the road let's say my plan becomes grandfathered, and at one point auto pay fails, so I'm technically suspended, when you make a manual payment do you still get the plan you were on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if that happened, do you still get any texts or voice mails once reactivated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Texts no voicemail is stored up to 5 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
