      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the extra charge is in Available Funds, you will not lose that money and it will be used to pay for your next renewal. If you would like a refund, contact moderators by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time could be a few hours or less, or within a day, from my experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
