@cindylaflamme If you're referring to the G6, AND it's the Canadian sub-model(H873), it SHOULD be fine....

Canadian version of LG G6 should work with PM.

Please note that you need to do network reset after changing provider before you data working again. If network reset does not fix the data issue, you may need a factory reset your LG G6. Please do a backup you data before factory reset your LG G6.

@cindylaflamme I cannot find that variant. What are the band's associated with it? Can you supply us with a link so that we can see it? Thanks. These are the ones that I could find. See link https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/lg-g6 . They are 100% compatible with PM. Make sure your phone is unlocked and do a factory reset before inserting the PM SIM.

The D852 is actually an LG G3.

@cindylaflamme If the cell variant is actually the LG g3 D852 then it has no 4g LTE data compatibility with PM. So in areas with 4g data only, you will have none. See link https://www.frequencycheck.com/compatibility/48V4hAv/lg-g3-d852g-3g-lg-b2/canada

If you have the phone, you will be able to call and text and in 3g data areas have data. Make sure it's unlocked by calling your previous provider to unlock it for you. And do a factory reset before inserting your PM SIM.
