I have the $15 plan which includes 100 Minutes Canada-Wide Talk. I was notified this morning that I have only 9 minutes left. When I checked my account online, I saw that I have 400 minutes from the Free Holiday Giveaway that I have never used. Why would I be sent the low minutes notification when I still have those minutes?

You can also use it as I do to check my voicemail from my own phone without using the minutes from the PM plan. Simply dial your PM phone number - reject the call when it rings (this sends the call to voicemail) - press the * key to allow you to enter your password. - enter - and you are in your voicemail account - Hang up when you are finished. No minutes used. Thank you

@Geo1...one other thought is to get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on applied to your account. Any unused minutes roll over at renewal...until you've used them up, even if that takes several months or longer. This add-on is especially suited to the limited calling plan such as yours.

You can save the 400 minutes of International calling to call your rich uncle in China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, or Venezuela.

Stay safe !
