I'm trying to call a number on Europe and I'm getting message 6UT1 not available, and that number Is available, what do I do?

@Janusz You need to purchase an Add-on to be able to make International calls. The details are:

400 International Long Distance minutes

Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.

Edit: That message is also associated "6UT1 this number is no longer in service" so make sure the number is active.
