My add-in’s show 200 of 205 minutes Canada and US long distance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also my plan has unlimited provincial talk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What’s up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did they gift you 5 minutes somewhere along the way?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes whatever province you're in, you should be able to call a number based in that province. Adding the 1 doesn't cost anything and avoids the message saying that long distance charges may apply (I know that's not your message).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two things to try:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Try the lost/stolen feature.&lt;BR /&gt;Log in to self-serve. Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
