Did you port a number over? activate a new number?

Which model phone?

Any service at all? Text, talk or data?

Make sure phone is unlocked to PM.

Insert PM sim into phone.

Reboot phone.

@tfurlano50 First try restarting your phone. If you are still getting No Service then submit a ticket to PM and ask them to reset your account.
