Balance Doesn't Add Up

I have earned the following rewards

$20 Referral Credit
$15 (Free 30 days)
$10 Referral credit
$2 AutoPay
Total $47

I also earned a community reward for $5. Why isn't my balanced $52? How come the community reward isn't appearing in transaction history? Do rewards appear on renewal?

Community rewards won't show in your available funds. It just stays in your rewards section until your renewal date that is when they get transferred to available funds.

The Community reward will not be usable until your next renewal. On a side note, the balance displayed in the payment history are often shown incorrect order, meaning that the balance listed in the top line is not always the current balance.
