@bismayomarIs today the start of a new cycle? Perhaps you had almost enough rewards/credits to cover your plan cost (missing $1), and your tax rate is 13%.

Check your payment history it should tell you what the charge was for. If you want you can post a screen shot (with personal info removed) and we can take a look at it and try to figure out what is going on. PM billing is not the easiest to follow

Two possibilities:

1) You made a one time payment from your cc on file of $1 plus tax

2) AutoPay needed an additional $1 to renew your plan.
