      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/114953"&gt;@RSB44&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is $12 or more available fund in your account, it will be used to pay your plan on your next renewal date.&amp;nbsp; It may take 2 - 3 months to get a refund from PM.&amp;nbsp; It is easier just leave your $12 in you account for future payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is no extra $12 available fund in your account,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Create a moderator support ticket to ask for credit to your account or refund using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it will be much more work to get a refund of $12 processed and will likely be past your next renewal before you get it back.
