      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been going through the 6 steps to activate online and the system has been stuck at step 3 for an hour and it only shows 'processing' at the bottom. There is no way this should take so long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you use another tab to see if your credit card was charged? If it was insert your sim and try to log into your self service account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
