How can i log into self-serve if i forgot password and answer to my security question?

@Pky02 You have to contact the moderators directly through private message here. Ask them for a reset password link.

Password is your ~~email address~~...does that help ?

Edit...ignore...the Username is your email address. Did you write down the password somewhere ? Did you keep the Welcome to Public Mobile email ?

If you don't find it, here's how to get moderator help...

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

I can’t sign into self service it says my email is wrong but I tried every email I could have used
