      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing you cache and cookies then reboot Also try using a different browser.&amp;nbsp; Keep in mind you can reactivate a n account if it has been less then 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then you can use 611 to apply payment and reactivate you plan:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. press 1 to make payment&lt;BR /&gt;2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)&lt;BR /&gt;3. press 1 amount due.&lt;BR /&gt;4.
