I haven't used my complete Bonus Data and Still it used partial of mf my 4G Data Why it is hapenning

@shah13 once you have plan data available it will be used up first. This is good, since only the bonus data or data add ons can be carried over indefinitely until used up. Welcome to the community.

Which plan are you on?

Are you on a grandfathered plan with 4G data? Most new plans are 3G plans.

Generally, your regular plan's data is used up first, then any Data add ons (ie. bonus data) will be used next. Maybe check your data usage history

@shah13 As others have mentioned the bonus data only gets used up when your plan data runs out. Once your plan renews and your plan data resets then the bonus data stops being used until your plan data runs out again.

@shah13 First you use your plan data, then, your bonus data if the plan was not renewed yet.
