What info do you see when trying to log in or does it just time out ?

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. Also try the forgot password link.

@Adams06 as long as you are using the correct email to login. You have 2 choices:

1. Wait 50 minutes from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to log in.

2. If you know the answer to your secret question. Try the password reset link. Make sure to check your junk email.

If you have lost any of these, or it doesn't work for you, then the only option would be to contact a moderator. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket).

Keep an eye on the envelope top of your screen. The mods answer will show up there.

The site is probably slow due to more people being at home. Try a little later
