There seems to be problem with sending and receiving texts from the Rogers companies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure. I might try taking our my sim and putting it back in. Already tried restarting my phone and it does nothing. I need to contact my landlord, and yes they're with rogers. Hmm. Thx for the reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Calls are impacted during peak times between different carriers this week, but texts have generally not been.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Except it has been reported that &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Rogers has an issue with their gateway that routes texts to non-rogers numbers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask your other parties which carrier they use. Or you can look up which carrier is associated with their area code &amp;amp; prefix at &lt;A href="http://www.cnac.ca/co_codes/co_code_status.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://www.cnac.ca/co_codes/co_code_status.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Specific issue highlighted .......
