Community private messages don't work !

Can't reply to any moderator private messages.

Page loading just hangs indefinitely when press reply , or new message.

Tried on wifi, and data, with another phone and a laptop . Same in all cases .

Please help I'm trying to get a service issue resolved !

Private messages to moderators seem to be down for me as well. The biggest issue is that my tickets keep getting timed out and closed as resolved because I "did not reply" 😞 Would really like to be notified when PMs are working again!

Wait and hour or two before retrying. The website is having a lot of issues right now. When you retry make sure to clear cache and cookies and use a different browser using incognito mode.
