I was not initially aware that I needed different login passwords for my self serve Account and Community account. Did anyone else have this issue?

I was not aware of that either. However, it is safer to have diff. pwds for all your accounts.

Just out of curiousity, where did you obtain this info?

Correct, you need different login for the support forum. They are loosely linked by using the same email address.

I am fairly certain my passwords are both the same. But my Self Serve account uses my email address as my account name while the community needs a screen name to log in, so they are different.

@boborchison Passwords could be anything you chose and can be the same. Did you mean usernames cannot be the same?
