      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got my SIM card from public mobile and lost it so I got another SIM card from public mobile insert in my phone and it says no service and locked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get my SIM card to work and unlocked the same cell phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And you need to take your phone off of lost/ stolen if you enabled it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
