      <description>&lt;P&gt;More details please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you just port your number from another provider?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, how long ago?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What works and what does not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls in out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Text in and out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What plan are you on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say you can't send a text..are you talking about a normal sms or are you by chance talking about a MMS picture text?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A cell number can take up to 3 hours and a landline 2.5 days to complete. If Its been longer than that, your port may be stuck.
