Sounds like you are saying that you have always been able to make a particular international call with your $30(?) plan. No international calling is included in any plan except the $50 plan can call to the US from Canada. Maybe you had a International plan in the past that kept rolling over to allow that. It could have run out of international minutes too.

AE_Collector

I added $30 worth of vouchers on December 4th to cover my $30 plan.

Today, I tried to call a local number that I have successfully called many times in the past on this plan. Got a voice recording saying I didn't have the add on to make international calls. Logged in to my self serve account to see if anything was wrong and the first thing I noticed was I had a balance of $10 but it appeared that my plan was active. Looked in my payment history and saw that $10 had been taken out of my account twice ($20 altogether) for my plan leaving me with the $10 balance.

Came to the Community looking for answers and saw the promotion for 400 international minutes and 1GB of data. I thought that perhaps using those add-ons would fix the issues with my account but now my self serve is saying that my plan expired on December 4th. Apparently the amount due for my plan is $0 and I still have the $10 balance.

I've already tried resetting my phone and tried making another local call. Now I'm getting a voice recording saying my account has insufficient funds. What else can I do?
