no app, just the forum and self serve through website

There is no PM app. You can manage your account using the self-serve website.

There is no app as of today, and perhaps there never will be. You can use an app called Hermit to create your own, but that only scales down the number of elements on the page. You are still using the same site ultimately. It may save you a few bytes of data though.

This is by no means CURRENT, but here is a few directions posted by @srlawren. They may help you get started with Hermit, even if the app looks somewhat different now.
