Visa, Mastercard, American Express from Canadian or US institutions and using a Canadian or American address.

Visa Debit

unofficially Mastercard Debit has been reported to work

some prepaid "credit" card gift cards

vouchers bought in stores or online

You can buy a payment voucher in store at one of the vendors. Shoppers, Walmart, London drugs, certain gas stations (shell), etc. Visa debit card also will work for autopay.

Walmart, Wow, Kmobile, and many gas stations and drugs stores sell Public Mobile vouchers. Some small variety stores have them too. You have to ask the store.
