I lost my rewards when I updated my new credit card because my older one was expired and my account got tempararly suspended. Is there any way that I could get rewards added to my current account?.

You will need to contact moderator to fix rewards issues.

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Hey nixonarthur,

The auto pay reward should be added on for your next payment, if there are any other problems you can contact moderator_team.

That happens any time someone is late for a payment or if someone reports pbone as lost/stolen any time.during that cycle. If moderators give it to you, it won't be by refund. You would get yo use it next renewal.
