Are you using an iphone @Tabitha. To receive that, you have to enable sms in your settings, and while there, enable mms and group messaging too. And restart your phone. See link here https://www.imobie.com/support/iphone-not-receiving-texts-from-android.htm

Did you purchase a US roaming add-on ? When you log into your account does it appear ?

While in the U.S., a roaming add-on has never been needed to receive text messages.

@Tabitha When you say roaming, is that for while you are in the U.S. or while you're in another country. Roaming is only available for Public Mobile for customers in the U.S. Roaming won't work anywhere else.
