    <description>&lt;P&gt;update: at 11:07am pacific, i recieved a text from PM stating that my rewards have beeen applied to my account... I doublechecked PM community to see that I have also recieved a private message from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;stating that she has fixed all my problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am happy to inform everyone that my account has indeed been fixed and I am able to use my smartphone as a smartphone, my self serve is working and that my number has also been ported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for everyone else who wants a little more detail...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I applied for PM last thursday (10th of november)&amp;nbsp;around 10am pacific which had for some odd reason failed, sent out a bunch of messages to mods etc... then had my previous service provider cut off yesterday (15th november, this was sudden and i was totally unaware that this was going to happen&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;_&amp;lt;) at around 3am, i switched my public mobile simcard to my daily driver(main phone) and was unable to do anything other than use wifi, I&amp;nbsp;finally got a response from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;this morning at 1109am (before that I got text a message from PM on my phone around 1107).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps people calm down and just leave a message or 2 to mods to help them get their thing fixed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Aaron, I'm sure Public will get around to help your shortly, but in the meantime, please make sure that you have your Fido account information at hand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Specifically, have your Fido account number handy so that you can double check that to make sure this is the same information that was provided to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; From there, Public should be able to check if there was any error code that resulted from the request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to activate my sim card and after chosing a phone number and a plan, then reviewing the order I tried to pay with a Mastercard. Screen said my card was not recognized and to call my CC company. I thought I had made an error entering data so I tried again only to get the same message. I called Mastercard and they said they had no issue so it must be PM. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that is the case, try porting your number again (click on "Change Phone Number"). Make sure that you're checking the box where it says that you're authorized to port the number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work send me a private message with this info and I will help you out:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Public Mobile SIM card number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Koodo phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Koodo account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a different error. I've created the account and selected a new phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I login to self serve and click on transfer number, I get the following error after clicking "check availability"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Generic Error&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="copy xrm-attribute xrm-editable-html"&gt;&lt;DIV class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;Login Page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried on multiple computers with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
