I'm able to do outgoing calls, but my friends can't call me. We live in a same city. They don't get my message either. Is this a general problem with public?

Do your firends hear your voicemail instead? Are you a brand new customer? This is strange, because even if there's a problem in your area, your firends should still get your voicemail or hear some type of error message.

Can you receive any incoming calls ? Did you recently port (transfer) your phone# ?

Try rebooting your phone and if the issue persists, contact a mediator by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions. you can also private message by clicking envelope, top right, and leave a message. They should respond within an hour.
