Text/ data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried dialing a 1 infront of number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can the person call you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What area code are you trying to call? There's new ones in Canada....might be an issue...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
