    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do i add funds? That may be the issue.... i'm on autopay but cannot unsuspend my account or reduce my plan.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/91779"&gt;@AllenBennett&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if your current plan cycle expires on December 3, why is the account suspended already.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, if you do have a credit card in the account, just click on make a payment in the overview tab and from there you simply select an amount that will be added to the account.&amp;nbsp; With funds in the account, you can use it to pay for a renewal, buy an add-on, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
