Assuming that your phone is unlocked and compatible, outgoing calls, outgoing text messages, and data should have started working immediately. The moderators are going to need to get your service working first. There's no point in them porting your number into a Public Mobile account yet until they help you to get the service functional.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
