YOu can complete purchase of add on via your self service account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, you will need to contact moderator to get a new PIN number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. &amp;nbsp;Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have an Android&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;and it's the original one you used when first signing up to Public Mobile.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;open message app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click 3dots on top right (some might have 3 dots in middle or bottom)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click advanced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click sim card messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your pin might be there. If it's not you'll have to contact moderators as said above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
