      <description>&lt;P&gt;USA ROAMING add-on or Canada?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's Canada there is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Canada wide network outages affecting many on Public Mobile. Hopefully they fix it soon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it's USA have you done the two steps to purchase an add-on as its two steps to buy add-on.
