      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspended my account as i was out of the country for a couple months now I am back and made a payment and it shows that my account is active but when I try to make a call it says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"sorry we cannnot complete your call you do not have a long distance add on and this call is not covered by your plan"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Follow the prompts to submit ticket. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you wait, maybe try to toggle airplane mode on, then off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If this fails contact a moderator and ask them to reset your SIM. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.&amp;nbsp; This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one.&amp;nbsp; (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
