    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can access my voicemail, but it’s not activating when someone calls me.... the phone rings for 4 or 5 rings, then hangs up. Was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Went through all menus but everything seems correct, same as it’s always been.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have tryed pulling your SIM out after you shut your phone down . Remove SIM restart phone then power off again . Reinstall SIM and turn phone on again . I have had to do this with other Sims and phones . Kinda like router reset. What are you running for devices&amp;nbsp; ? Samsung .. there online support is amazing and really care .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dial these numbers to undo/reset any changes to call forward that might have been inadvertently set, and then see if calls can then reach voicemail:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;##21#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;##004#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before you do that, if you are curious, dial each of these numbers to query what number comes up - normally it should return a voicemail access phone number ending in 4001:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*#21#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*#61#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*#62#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*#67#&lt;/P&gt;</description>
