      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I completely understand. The way they do it is very annoying. They charge you the pre discounted price on your first&amp;nbsp; bill and put your discount in to credits. Then on your second bill the next month, the credits will be discounted from that bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
