It works for nearly any other app. I make sure I turn it on for Instagram and Safari in my settings but then I open Instagram, see that then data isn’t working for it, go back to settings and see it’s switched off for Instagram and Safari even though i has just switched it on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried turning on airplane mode and then turning if off to see if it will trigger your data ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don’t even have the chance to open Safari because as soon as I close the settings app after switching data on for Safari and Instagram, it automatically switches them both back off !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If nothing helped you could try factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tried that.... still nothing. I don’t even have the chance to open Safari because as soon as I close the settings app after switching data on for Safari and Instagram, it automatically switches them both back off !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know almost nothing about iOS, so I'm confused about this talk of turning data on or off for individual apps. I would think that although you CAN turn data off for apps that you find are sucking up too much of it, I'm kind of blown away that something as commonly used as a web browser would have this kind of issue. Speaking of which, isn't there an iOS version of Chrome available, and maybe the OP could try that instead of Safari?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
