I'm having a problem to open my voicemail. Do I need to change my password? I've been using my PM for 3days. At first, my issue was I didn't have a service network, now my voicemail. Thank you in advance for all the suggestions.

This resets the password to your 10 digit number.

Then dial 1-778-580-4001 and see if it gets into your voicemail system. It will need you to do the initial setup. If you're on the $15 plan then you can do this from another phone so as not to use your minutes.

Let us know how you make out.

It's whatever you've set it to. As mentioned earlier, you can reset the voicemail password from your self serve account.
