If you did, the porting process probably has not completed and calls are still going to your old service.&amp;nbsp; Do outgoing phone calls work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone number has been reissued I need it to be hooked up to Public Mobile from Virgin. I talked to someone and they were to call back that was days ago please fix my problem so my phone will work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
